I began wrestling at 11. Sometime in high school I realized if I was going to be any good at this sport I needed to be stronger and faster. Before I really knew what I was doing I began putting together work out plans to complement my wrestling. That was the start of my journey in strength and conditioning.
I want you to feel like your life is changing for the best. That hopefully whatever you are looking to get out of your body we can maximize that potential. Whether it is becoming stronger, faster, hitting hard, jumping higher, meeting a specific run time or just waking up each day knowing you are kind of sore for a great reason. Circuit class using peripheral heart training. Alternating exercises between upper and lower body.

Steel Mace Class. Learn the many uses of a Steel Mace through a 45 minute work out. This is a resistance interval training class. For all ages and level of experience.
EVERY WEDNESDAY. FREE FOR BBJJ MEMBERS. $10 Drop In.
Pricing ranges from $30 to $75 an hour depending on package. Discounts for EMS, Military and former wrestlers.
I personally love to work one on one with clients. No matter what the goal maybe. I would rather custom build your program and motivate your efforts first hand. I specialize in high intensity circuit training, Steel Mace training, Kettlebell training and Body weight exercises. I operate out of Baltimore Brazilian JiuJitsu in Essex MD and Baltimore Kettlebell Club in Overlea MD.
Whether you just want basic pad work, lessons in self defense or are getting your son or daughter ready for wrestling. I am available for private lessons.
I also run group seminars in self defense for both men and women. I am now into my third year of my Keep It Moving: A woman self defense seminar series.
